Lord I want to thank you,
for this another day.

your creations I can see.

for being here with me.

that I can sing and talk.
Lord I want to thank you,
that I can run and walk.
Lord I want to thank you,
that I can laugh and smile.
Lord I want to thank you,
I can go that extra mile.
Lord I want to thank you,
birds singing I can hear.
Lord I want to thank you,
that you're always near.
Lord I want to thank you,
as I say this prayer tonight.
If it be thy will, Lord,
let me see the morning light.
