We've walked hand and hand together,
through this world and its strife.
We've dealt with disappointment,
but we've had a happy life.
We were blest with four children,
those were the happy times.
We've enjoyed children's laughter,
while reading nursery rhymes.
We've had our ups and downs,
like so many people do.
We've been very fortunate,
there's been the good times too.
We've saw four children grow up,
into to adults that made us proud.
We've been blest with grandchildren,
life always brings a silver cloud.
We walk hand and hand together,
and still share our love and dreams.
We walk hand and hand together,
and we know what true love means.
