It was many years ago,
she became my other mom to me.
And she's a special mom.
just the way that it should be.
When I married her son,
my other mom she became.
And though my husband's mom,
She's my mom just the same.
She's a special mom.
and that she'll always be.
We've been best of friends,
my other mom and me.
And on this Mother's Day,
A card I will send.
With the greeting enclosed,
to my mom and my friend.
