One pound of lean sausage
One ready made pie crust
Form sausage in to a long roll about one inch thick
Roll out the pie crust in the length and width of sausage
Wrap the pie crust around the sausage and cut in to one half inch pieces
Bake on a cookie sheet at 450 degrees until crisp and golden brown
