Lord, you helped me cross the mountain,
you helped me around the curve.
You've helped me so many times,
much more than I deserve.
You've helped me in the valley,
you've helped me on the peak.
You're always there to help me,
when I'm so tired and weak.
You've held my hand through bad times,
you're there with me every day.
Lord, I want to say thank you,
as I kneel my head to pray.
