4 cups Bisquick
3 cups sugar
2 jumbo eggs
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/1/2 cups nuts (chopped) (your choice)
2 cups raisins (chopped)
3 cups graded carrots
2 cups buttermilk
Mix all ingredients, add a little Bisquick if needed to get the mixture the same as cake mix then pour in 2 greased loaf pans
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour depending on oven
