2 cups of pancake mix
1 cup of cooked apples with juice
Mix pancakes as directed on package other than use apple juice instead of water. If there isn't enough juice add water to get the right thickness.
Mash apples with a potato masher until they are in small pieces. Add to the pancake mixture.
Fry Flap Jacks in butter flavored margarine. Add your favorite syrup when Flap Jacks are done and enjoy.
