One half cup strained persimmons
Two jumbo size eggs
Three forth cup sugar
Two cups all purpose flour
One half teaspoon all spice
One half teaspoon cinnamon
One cup melted oleo


Use a strainer to push persimmons through to keep the seeds and peel out of the persimmon pulp. After persimmons have been strained, mix persimmons, eggs, sugar, oleo, and spices. Once these have been mixed well add flour and mix well. Fry pancake mix at 350 degrees in electric skillet sprayed with Pam until done.
