She's my Little Shadow,
goes everywhere with me.
And when I go outside,
That's where she will be.
Sometimes my Little Shadow,
seeing something she will bark.
It might be a little bunny,
and sometimes a Meadow Lark.
My Little Shadow likes to play,
She likes chasing butterflies.
She never does catch one,
But My Little Shadow tries.
My Little Shadow soon is tired,
She gets a drink in one big gulp.
My Little Shadow goes to bed,
My Little Shadow is my pup.
