3 large potatoes (pealed and cut in small chunks)
2 medium size onions (diced)
1 can evaporated milk
2 pieces of celery (diced)
Salt and pepper
Cook potatoes, celery, and onions until very well done. Then add the can of evaporated milk stirring constantly so it will not stick to the pan.
Simmer a few minutes then add salt and pepper to your taste.
