Three cups of corn meal

 with buttermilk mix

Two tablespoons of olive oil

One half cup of buttermilk

One large egg

One can of corn with chopped peppers drained

Add water to get the mix about as thick as you would a cake mix

Mix in all ingredients well

Pour in an 8 x 10 greased baking pan

Bake at 450 degrees for about thirty or thirty-five minutes depending on oven. When baked take out of oven and cut in squares, let cool to eating temperature,  just warm, and serve.
